    Our important client from the networking area, located in Escazú, is looking for a Trade Compliance Helpdesk that will be in charge of providing accurate, timely and consistent responses to the enterprise’s user inquires; support requests received and assembly of Help Desk questions and inquiries into standard reporting, data analysis/research, reports preparation, process documentation maintenance, monitor and solve requests related to internal Broker Management platform (exceptions management, customs entry samples audit and analysis, maintenance tables, data gathering, brokers scoring), first level escalation POC for system technical issues,
    business customs audit program support, customs brokerage Trade Compliance recurring assessments management, among others.

    • 2 years’ experience with international trade; knowledge and understanding of import and trade compliance regulatory and terminology.
    • Bilingual English-Spanish (well written with excellent verbal communication skills).
    • Bachelor degree in Economy, Finance or International Trade.
