    Our important client, from the networking area, is looking for a Customer Technical Support with CCNA knowledge (TSOM), that will be in charge of writing processes and procedures for customized support services, act as "business driver" to improve customer's and the enterprise's internal operations, identify, build and maintain relationships with customer's internal management, Travel to quarterly customer site visits to present operational issues/activity, customer satisfaction, and gap analysis to the customer and internal personnel, coordinate and conduct weekly conference calls to provide status reports to customer, among others.

    • Typically requires a BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 4-6 years related customer support experience, project management experience or business experience.
    • Knowledge of vertical market business trends and concepts.
    • Experience with Pivot tables and macros a plus.
    • Superior Conflict Management abilities.
    • Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
    • ITIL Foundations certification, DMAIC or Six Sigma Green belt is a plus.
